Welcome to Empower Network events, THIA style! The momentum and inspiration that gets created from these powerful  events are LIFE CHANGING! The ONE THING every successful and thriving person in Empower Network has, is that they all attend events!

We are so looking forward to connecting with you and this journey of expanding our businesses together!

There will be different team related gatherings for some of the events, depending on location.

There are FOUR regional events happening in October. Dallas and DC are on the same weekend.

We also encourage you to connect in our Facebook group event thread here https://www.facebook.com/groups/206842236152044/ to plan activities, meals, get room-mates etc with each other.

There will also be a designated THIA “badassador” for each event. This person will be a point-person who will have contact info for members in attendance, gather you all for photos, and have information about extra THIA events outside of the regular Empower event. Please note: Badassadors are chosen for their leadership, and willingness to reprazent the Team Vision and Energy! They are amaaazing people who are generously offering their time to make sure you get the scoop on what’s going on. While they are here for you and the team, please treat them with regard, and honor their time by being PRESENT with the details they provide. Much gratitude in advance for the THIA BADASSADORS!

THIA dinner Saturday night the 12th, 6:30pm at La Casa Garcia, a traditional Mexican restaurant, a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Please get yourself to the restaurant and we will convene there! MONDAY: THIA is going to have a “Chill-Out-Beach-Party” Monday following the event! It’s ALWAYS nice to relax and “decompress” a little after the events. Plus, more bonding and getting-to-know time with team mates and leaders. Film a video, sing a song, get a tan on the coast of Cali- all this is possible and more when you make sure your plane does NOT leave until TUESDAY!

How do I buy my ticket?
You’ll need to log in to your member’s area – the back office and click on the ‘Fight the Forces of Evil’ picture in the upper right hand corner, as shown in the picture below. That takes you to the event section and you can buy your Empower ticket there. Empower also give details of the venues and nearby restaurants.

What do I need to bring with me?
Be prepared to shoot lots of photos and videos—the events are a powerful time to record content that can be extremely valuable for social proof and overall marketing, when the event is over. Bring a camera and/or video camera, your phone, and any other recording devices or accessories you have! It’s helpful to have additional chargers or battery packs because you may want to be recording a lot of footage during the day. There are portable chargers for phones and cameras that make it easy to re-charge your devices from your seat.

Bring layers of clothing as the venues can often be air conditioned and relatively chilly. Dress is casual or whatever you like! (hey, even the Daves can be in shorts and bare feet!!)

How can I prepare for the event?
Carve out your weekend ahead of time so that you can be as immersed as possible in the event. You may want to queue up some emails in your autoresponder or hop on during the event to send some of the inspiration out to your list! The days are long and relatively intense—but so worth it because they are jam-packed with inspiration, education, a-ha moments, and opportunities to connect. You will likely be in “go” mode most of the time we are at the event…so come rested, and prepare to have some down time afterward so that you can catch up on your sleep and take care of your body!

What should I expect from the event?

How amazing can this event be for you—beyond what you could imagine? Go in with questions and you will be blown away!!

If you have not previously been to an Empower Network event, you will probably be excited, inspired, and juiced up from the event. It can be quite an experience and you probably won’t get a lot of sleep…but what you receive in your business and personal growth from the experience will more than make up for it!

You will likely leave the event incredibly pumped-up, inspired, transformed and ready to create!

It’s a great opportunity to use the momentum that you have from the event to create powerful blogs, marketing calls/hangouts/webinars, and emails to your list! It’s also helpful to plan ahead with your schedule so that after the event you will have some extra time to not only catch up on sleep, but also spend some extra time uploading all of your awesome footage, creating badass marketing, and putting the tools to work building your business so that you can ride the wave of the momentum created! Especially with ENV2 being launched in October—this is a great time to clear your slate and get extra focused!

How can I get connected to the THIA group at the event?

Make sure you connect with the THIA badassador ahead of time for the event you are attending and give them your phone number so you can be included in team texts and happenings during the weekend. Please make your life and their lives EZ-ier by putting your info in the sign up sheets above (there are separate sign up sheets designated for each event) MAKE SURE YOUR NAME AND PHONE ARE ON THIS LIST if you wish to be contacted and connect with teammates. This is the best way we’ve found to deal with finding each other in such a huge crowd. Signing up on that form will allow each badassador to contact the group in one swoop rather than one by one, via text.

You can also Connect with a few people in the beginning so that you can register together (seats are usually assigned for the whole weekend) and then you can sit together, have meals, etc without trying to connect with the whole team. Restaurants around the event will likely be crowded especially for lunches, so be prepared to act fast when hungry! 😉 You can also bring snacks to your hotel if needed (granola bars, etc…tho please be aware the event venues try to keep outside food out so keep it compact :-).

If there’s anyone you wish to connect with 1-1, make sure you have their contact beforehand. Don’t save it til the last minute, things will be frenzied enough. 🙂

What is the schedule of the event?
While we ourselves were not able to find the EXACT itinerary,
TYPICALLY the event starts: Friday 7pm-11pm
Saturday: 10am-5-ishpm (typically an hour or so for lunch)
+ Saturday evening team dinner + EN party
Sunday 10am-5-ishpm + All-in Meeting Sunday night.
Monday: The official EN events end, and this is where we usually do some sort of special team events!
